Blazing Star entered the peaceful valley, skidding to a stop. She didn't exactly care if she'd won the race, but she considered acting like she did as she slid to a stop near the crest of the rolling hill that led to the valley. She could not fight the wordless, unmistaken memory that veiled her mind. She looked back for Dream Hunter, ready to settle down. She needed him desperately now to comfort her. But now, all she could think of was her father...of his face.

He canters down a small incline , his tassels floating in the but falling as he slows . He sees the Fae standing , surrounded in a cloud of dust , a troubled look on her face .He trots up to her , wondering why she looked so ." Star , you seem troubled , what's the matter ? " , he asks , worried .

"I'll be fine." Star said, shaking the image from her head. She looked up to Dream Hunter. "Where would you like to live in the valley?" She asked, the worry gone from her face. "Anywhere would be fine with me. As long as it's big and roomy, so lots of horses can fit in." She said, smiling happily. The emotional tide that had swept over her was completely gone from her face, vanished.

Blow them, Brilliant Storm galloped across the land, her head and tail held high. She neighed to the new comers, welcoming them.

Lark, unsure whether or not these horses were friendly, warily walked near to where they stood. She stopped a distance from them, ready to turn and run if things became unfriendly. She whickered softly to them, then stood tensed waiting for a reply.
